Calaa Vision provides a digital ecosystem for the automotive world, which includes a centralized PWA, a Super App (Carlive), an immersive metaverse (Xvision), a cryptocurrency (Anbi), a data intelligence platform (A-Base), and other integrated assets designed to serve motor enthusiasts and industry professionals.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. By posting content on Carlive or Xvision, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such content on and through the Services. You retain any and all of your rights to any content you submit.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful purpose or to:

Post violent, nude, discriminatory, or hateful content.
Harass, bully, or intimidate other users.
Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers.
Attempt to create accounts or access information through unauthorized means.

7. Specific Terms for Digital Assets

a) Anbi Cryptocurrency: You acknowledge that the value of cryptocurrencies is volatile. Calaa Vision is not a financial advisor. All transactions made with Anbi are your sole responsibility. We are not liable for any financial losses.
b) Xvision Metaverse: Your conduct within the Xvision metaverse is subject to these Terms of Use. We reserve the right to remove any user-created content or suspend accounts that violate our community standards.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Our company, its directors, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Services.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before any new terms take effect.
